In a viral video shared on the Internet, a lecturer at Enugu State University Of Science and Technology, ESUT is seen flogging students during lecture.
In the video, the female lecturer was seen using a tree branch to flog the student who tried to dodge her strokes.
The video has sent waves of shock to viewers who likened her actions to that of a secondary school teacher.
From the shared video, it was gathered that the student is a final year student of the school.
